I was SOOOO HAPPY AND excited to finally do something like this for myself and have a nice clean car, until I tried to use my Defrosters and heater and nothing is working, radio buttons make the heater turn on and off now, none of my radio or heater buttons do anything they are suppose to. I immediately try to troubleshoot and when I realize it's no good I message back Alex and let them know immediately, asking if this is normal. No reply yet , but I hope they will understand paying 450 for my car to be cleaned and it come out damaged even if it is older is not what a 5 star detailing services would do. Hopefully they will issue a partial refund so I can now go pay to fix my electronics . I will recording my cars now in the condition before and after any car service to a sound this in the future . Great detailing but there were multiple soaking wet surfaces where they just soaked it in cleaner with little care about how it seeps into the electric components. Update: will be going back in in Friday to have them completely dry out the interior and hopefully fully dry behind the button panels! Thank you guys for caring!

Booked a mobile appointment for my husband as his very first Father's Day gift…read more Thought we were good to go until I received a call and a text at 9pm the night before our morning appointment telling me that they would need to reschedule as well as charge me an additional $100+ fee for travel. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.

I paid for the highest interior and exterior detail plus an extra $100 for it being a truck…read more Quality was good on the interior (can't tell if seats were cleaned thoroughly until they dry fully...pretty saturated), but severely lacking on the exterior. Mud on the step rails and mud flaps, pollen and gummy dirt still all on the bed cover. Windows not wiped down and have water spots still all over. Windshield is the same way plus gummy dirt and pollen in the corners. The roof wasn't touched...at all. The guys popped up and wiped it down and there was dirt and pollen covering the rags. Dead bugs still on the front bumper. Just no attention to detail on the exterior. Basic wash, ok...i expect a few things to be missed. I would say that is ok but this was not the basic wash. Supposedly the entire truck was hand washed (no just cannon sprayed) and clay bared. There would be no dead bugs on it had they actually done that. To top it off they didn't dress anything. No rim polish or cleaner. No tire dressing. No rubber or black protectant. All just basic. All weather mats are sitting in our driveway full of water still. Just no attention to detailing the exterior. I wouldn't recommend them for an exterior detailing , but interior is good. Guys who came out were nice though! Wish I could recommend them and I REALLY wish I found a reliable mobile detailing company in them.
