I met with Steve and he and two others from his team came out and looked at the damage. Steve explained to me that both doors would need to be painted so that the color would match correctly as my damage was close to the edge of the front door also. He walked me through the process, told me how much and how long it would take. We scheduled my drop-off and he communicated with me during the job. Car was delivered 100% looking great and absolutely on time. When I went to drop the car off, the same lot only had a few vehicles in it- they had fixed and completed the work on most all of them that week. AMAZING Steve saved me over $2,000 versus the bid I received close to home. It is/was worth the drive for sure, easy access off and on I-5 . I returned the rental truck as it's only blocks away and figured I needed a walk anyway. But, Enterprise said, we'll drop you at Caliber and gave me a ride to their shop. Kudo's for both businesses...they get service! Now, the repair. Fortunately it the damage was minor a windblown branch had hit the top of the truck leaving scratches and a minor dent which I would have just lived with - but on it's way by that branch removed the GPS antenna (shark fin) leaving a hole in the roof with wires hanging out of it. I rains here in the PNW and a hole in the roof of your truck isn't a good thing: thus the need for repair. The repair looks great and the work was done on time and within the estimate. They told me it would be about 2 weeks and well it was 2 weeks. I recommend this business to anyone needing a body shop.

1/5 - AVOID SEATTLE AUTO PRO AT ALL COSTS…read more This was one of the worst auto repair experiences I've ever had. I took my Lexus to Seattle Auto Pro to fix several cylinder misfires. I came prepared and even brought all 6 spark plugs myself. They inspected the car and then upsold me, telling me I also needed 6 ignition coils from them. I trusted them and agreed to the work. They kept my car from Friday to Monday, then texted me saying the misfires were fixed. Cool. I paid and picked it up thinking the nightmare was over. It wasn't. On the drive home on the freeway, my car started misfiring worse than before. The whole car was shaking uncontrollably and it smelled strongly of unburnt gas. This was honestly scary and felt dangerous. I barely made it home and parked it. When I called the shop to tell them what happened, one of their mechanics, Favian, told me the problem was now the O2 sensor and that I needed to buy one and bring the car back the next day. That made zero sense to me, and at that point I had lost all trust in them. Before taking it anywhere else, I scanned my car. When I originally brought it to Seattle Auto Pro, my Topdon scanner showed 5 trouble codes. After picking it up from them and having it run WAY worse, it now showed 21 codes. That alone tells you how badly they messed things up. I refused to bring it back to Seattle Auto Pro and instead had it towed to another shop I had prior experience with. They diagnosed and fixed the car the same day. They did not upsell me. They told me the O2 sensor had absolutely nothing to do with how the car was running. The real problem? A broken spark plug inside the cylinder -- which is insane considering Seattle Auto Pro had just "replaced" my spark plugs. The second shop was genuinely shocked at the condition my car was in after Seattle Auto Pro worked on it. They fixed it properly, charged me way less, and even gave me a warranty on their work. Seattle Auto Pro gave me a bigger bill and a car that was worse than when I brought it in. This could have been catastrophic for my engine if I had continued driving it or followed their advice and kept throwing random parts at it. Bottom line: Seattle Auto Pro either doesn't know how to properly diagnose cars or doesn't care. They upsell parts, misdiagnose problems, and send you off with an unsafe vehicle. Never, ever take your car here. I will never go back. F*** Favian!

And his son was also incredibly nice, he was efficient in getting me a quote and I was able to drop my car off and get it back a day earlier than I had anticipated! GET THIS-my car was a mess.... I am not an organized person and it was pretty full of old coffee cups, Coke Zero cans, and other miscellaneous trash...and I had BODY WORK done on the car. Some time later one of our car passed 90,000 mile service, and they quoted us some repair for around$5,700.... I told the guy I have never heard of a Toyota with only 90,000 miles needs that much of repair on engine. We decided to call someone for 2nd opinion, and there were things that were necessary.... and the 2nd person says the repair should only cost $600. Don't think we will go back again.
