So I moved to the area and I was looking to restore my 1967 Camaro. I found this company and they're like that hidden gem in a community. Great service, ,trustworthy, reliable and honest. They did an amazing job doing a complete ground up restore on the paint and trim for my Camaro. So it doesn't surprise anybody that the minute I had a car accident on my 2018 Honda pilot that I called them up sure enough they fixed everything timely and cost effectively and kept me updated along the way. There was a little problem afterwards they told me to bring it on in and check it. It might've had nothing to do with the car accident but they were kind enough to quickly fix it just in case, it might've been with a trim section, I can't tell you how happy I am with their service. My car has been taken to another shop. There's a rail that takes the impact in an accident that Auto Body Experts merely pounded straight then COVERED up. This is why the car didn't go back together. My car was deemed UNSAFE not only by the other shop but by the insurance adjuster. Rather than go after Auto Body Experts to pay, the adjuster decided to pretend ABE missed it!?! to move the second repair along faster (in spite of the hammer marks all over the rail). This was the first time my car had ever been involved in anything besides a collision with a wayward shopping cart. Yeah, they're charming and friendly when you bring your car in and will promise you pie in the sky - don't drink their kool aide! They gave me back an UNSAFE vehicle. A motorhome had hit the left rear bumper of our Toyota Camry so we took it to Auto Body Experts to get it repaired. They were recommended to us by a neighbor who also had a rear-end repair done and they were very pleased. They kept the car for 4 days and even made arrangements for us to have a loaner car with Enterprise. The estimate and final cost matched and the car was fixed on the day they said it would. I went in to Auto Body Experts to see if they could repair my 1966 Mustang with damage from a fallen tree. They said yes and everything sounded great. Every time I called to get an update, I felt that I was getting the run-around. Because this was a somewhat specialized repair (classic car), I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt and drug my feet on taking it somewhere else...since they already had it, I wanted them to repair it...like they kept saying they would. To make a long story short, after over 9 months of frustration, I ended up taking it to another shop. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but feel obligated to do so this time. I gave them EVERY opportunity to do the right thing, but they just wouldn't do it. read more

Really taken aback by the high rating of this auto body shop. My parents took their vehicle in for a repair and were given the run around about a completion date. Of course we took into consideration that they could be busy however they have no initiative in keeping their customers updated on the new completion date. My dad had to call several times as the deadline passed and no update from the shop. When they finally picked up their car upon further inspection we noticed subpar craftsmanship. Car took 27 days for repair. One excuse after another. When I picked up the car I was on my way home when I realized the power window on the car was not working( they had to fix the door). I had to return and when the mechanic fixed it by removing the door panel he left dirty fingerprints all over the door panel. The paint job did not match the original paint and we had to bring the car back to have it re painted. One of the replaced bumper panels was too tight on the spacing but they declined to fix it. The gap is very visible. Nice people but shoddy work. read more

They were able to get me in same day to look at the damage on what I thought was a big scrape on the side of my door which thankfully was not, he pulled off the protective film cover and cleaned it to find out there was no damage to my vehicle and put a new protective cover back on at no charge thanks Nick! read more

Also, they were several hundred dollars cheaper than other places, and they thoroughly cleaned my car before I picked it up. We had a terrible experience. The body work was fine but several things on the car didn't work when we got it back. Everything worked when we took it in!! They kept saying it was " coincidence" that things weren't working. We had to reprogram the radio which wasn't too bad, but the cruise control didn't work, the passenger door wouldn't open from the outside, the passenger window wouldn't work, the child lock in the sliding door was jammed and they had to take the panel off again to fix it. We had to call Honda about the cruise control and then had to tell Auto Body what to do to correct it. We kept having to leave the car longer than planned and we needed the car. Then when they said everything worked, we picked it up and the driver side couldn't control the passenger window. They said "coincidence" again and said it was an old van. When we got upset the owner told us to take it somewhere else. Very rude!! Told us to get out of his way so he could leave!! Horrible experience and totally unprofessional. read more
