The owner, Ralph, is very pleasant and professional. He always makes the extra effort to please and satisfy each customer. I love the delivery service! Everything has been delivered on timely basis and all my dry cleaning clothes look absolutely excellent and clean! Every garment and suits/ shirts have been clean to perfection and when I request removal of tough stains, they have been removed without any damage to my garments. Every single request by me or my husband has been followed through. The front desk is very kind and helpful ..... there is always few people working at the front desk so there is no waiting time! One thing that also stands out is that the employees themselves seem very happy and pleased to work there. The tailoring service is absolutely outstanding!!! JOE, who is an old fashioned and highly skilled professional that could easily work at any NYC tailor for triple the money. He has worked on almost every suit I have bought over the last 10yrs. He's also updated some great suits ans shirts I had that needed to be reshaped into the newer/straighter styles. Fantastic work and very fair prices. I cannot say enough about this business. Between the owner and the staff, they are extremely friendly, detail oriented and dedicated to their clients. I had an issue with a Tuxedo the day of a wedding and with a short time frame to get it fixed before I had to be dressed and on my way, they made multiple alterations and had me try on each alteration to make sure I didn't leave until it was perfect. Like magic, they took care of my tux in under and hour and it came out perfect. The owner made sure I left happy and I absolutely did. Excellent seamstress.. my bridesmaid dress was extremely difficult to alter due to boning in the dress.
