Making someone's eyebrows 2000s thin is something you might wanna clear with them beforehand in 2025. Then when it comes time to leave they don't have enough bills for the change the woman in front of me needs so they tell her they have to give it to her in quarters unless she has exact change. She fishes through her bag for a good 5 minutes before I can finally pay and leave angry. And the wifi is down so this annoying visit didn't even count towards my rewards.

I get my eyebrows done every month but I was looking for a new place so decided to try Karm's. I called in advance for a same-day appoint and the store confirmed I could come. However, she literally spent less than 3 minutes on my brows and the whole process felt super rushed. She let me check my brows before she trimmed them too so it was hard to see what it would look like. I also realized after the appointment that she didn't clean up the top of one brow at all. I tried to go back after I checked the mirror in the car, but she was already gone. I don't think she is bad at threading but it seemed like she was in a rush and didn't do a complete job.

It didn't go well at all. I botched the tops and came running here in a total panic for some emergency damage control. The Rescue Mission & Results: I usually have thicker brows, but after my DIY disaster, they were completely uneven. Thankfully, there was no wait when I walked in. The threader was an absolute lifesaver. She patiently worked her magic, shaped them up perfectly, and somehow made them look completely even and normal again. They went from looking like a Neanderthal to looking absolutely lovely. Value & Efficiency: I've been here a few times before, and they always do a fantastic job. This visit was quick it took maybe 5 to 10 minutes tops, and it only cost $12! The value here is unbeatable for the quality of work they do. Overall Experience: Honestly, my only complaint is that I wish they were located right here in Denver! I've been going to this small business for waxing for about a year. It is a waxing, threading,…read moremicro blading, facial, permanent makeup place. They serve men and women. My main concern were my eye brows. White blond hair on the outer brows. I've done henna for decades. I had 2 laminating eyebrows done there and was very please. I then did microblading. I went today for my 4 week fill and since 1 brow looks great and the other needs fill in, she suggested waiting 2 weeks just to be sure the great one stays great. So, I only have to do healing once. I hope you'll go here. They are a small business and competing with corporate places is tough.
