However, she literally spent less than 3 minutes on my brows and the whole process felt super rushed. She let me check my brows before she trimmed them too so it was hard to see what it would look like. I also realized after the appointment that she didn't clean up the top of one brow at all. I tried to go back after I checked the mirror in the car, but she was already gone. I don't think she is bad at threading but it seemed like she was in a rush and didn't do a complete job.

It didn't go well at all. I botched the tops and came running here in a total panic for some emergency damage control. The Rescue Mission & Results: I usually have thicker brows, but after my DIY disaster, they were completely uneven. Thankfully, there was no wait when I walked in. The threader was an absolute lifesaver. She patiently worked her magic, shaped them up perfectly, and somehow made them look completely even and normal again. They went from looking like a Neanderthal to looking absolutely lovely. Value & Efficiency: I've been here a few times before, and they always do a fantastic job. This visit was quick it took maybe 5 to 10 minutes tops, and it only cost $12! The value here is unbeatable for the quality of work they do. Overall Experience: Honestly, my only complaint is that I wish they were located right here in Denver! The service here has always been stellar, and in a COVID-19 world it's no different. Upon arrival, clients should either text Tonie or call the front desk number that is posted on the door. When Tonie is ready, she will escort you back to her salon. She's allowing time in between clients to ensure proper cleaning. And of course, everyone needs to wear masks.
