Not only did I not receive my order until 1 hour 25 minutes after placing my order but during that time 3 different drivers went to pick my order up, the first driver I stayed in contact with until she finally got tired of waiting & treated badly by not just the employees but also the manager on shift at the time. She stated that when she got there she checked in with the cashier on shift letting him/her know that she was there to pick up the order, as time goes on we are still in contact with one another I ask her if they are busy she said "no" so I tried calling the number to see what's going on with my order I got the voicemail so I left a voicemail and 30 or minutes later she calls me & tells me that she spoke to the manager on shift & the manager told her that they never received my order (which was a lie because I had screenshots to prove it) & she got tired of waiting so she left. If it weren't for him than I probably would still not have my order & still trying to get in touch with someone at the location !! The portions were perfect for us that day (they seemed smaller than normal but we weren't starving anyway.) He very politely handed them to us plate by plate and came back twice to check that everything was well. I HAVE to mention that Alex even used proper English which isn't common in daily conversation.
