The only suggestion I'd make is to offer fried green tomatoes as a substitute for the biscuit that comes with the Bayou Benedict. I think that would be a delicious option and make an already great dish even better. If Mighty McFly is ever back in the Tupelo area, we'll definitely be stopping by again.
