Only after reaching out was I told the two colors were actually different product lines with different size charts. This was not made clear at checkout. I followed the size chart before purchasing, but had no reason to believe I needed to check sizing separately for each color. When I requested an exchange or refund, I was told all sales were final--even though the sizing discrepancy made one of the shirts unwearable. After initiating a dispute with my bank, I received an email threatening a $20 "processing fee" and a ban from future orders. This is not how professional businesses should respond to a legitimate customer concern. I would not recommend ordering from this company
