I contacted the dealership on a Friday and spoke to Brandon a salesman, to confirm the vehicle was still on site. After getting preapproved from my bank, I set up a test drive for the following Day. When I arrived, I was given the key fob and told to enjoy the test drive. Once I returned, I was informed by Brandon they had received my banks preapproval the day before and he felt Toyota could give me a better offer, and it turned out that he was right. 2 % lower as well as several rebates. There was absolutely no pressure! He answered every question without adding any sales pitch, just answered my questions honestly. Financing was just as easy, Justin answered our questions and did not push any "upsale" items on us. My wife and I drove off the lot feeling completely satisfied. They made the whole process easy. I didn't need to contact USAA and they even took care of my rental. Also, I was ready to pay the extra money to have original parts for the repair but after quoting me an extra $150 or so they figured out a way not to have to charge me that at all. The only weird thing that happened was that my battery died, apparently because of the cold weather and not being started everyday. They gave a quote of $280 to replace and install. When I baulked at the price I told him I would just get a battery from Walmart. They agreed to let me do that and even installed it for me.

It was nice and convenient because they were located just down the street and they were able to get me in the day I called. Their prices are also great- I think this was the cheapest I paid to get my vehicle tinted although it was just the front two. The price they quoted me for all four windows tinted for my husband's F150 was still cheaper than when I got my Altima coupe tinted. Not only was the price good but the service was awesome. They are friendly and got my Jeep done in a matter of 40 minutes and it was ready for pick up. I guess the only thing I wish they had were more tint options like the 10% and 15%. The darkest was a 5% (too dark in my opinion for my Jeep) and then jumped to 20% being the next available darkest. I got the 20% on both front windows and the front strip to match the rest of my vehicle and it is the perfect amount of dark for me! Overall, I had a great experience here and I highly recommend it! This place only has one other review on here but they have a Facebook page full of 5 star reviews!

My gripes are with the lack of transparency on their pricing. I called in for a price quote, provided the details to my vehicle, and the representative quoted me at $180. I turned in my vehicle on a Saturday morning and as he was reviewing my vehicle type and model he raised the price by 20% ($240). I was upset and our transaction turned into a game of "he said - she said." I encourage you to call in for a quote, provide the details of your vehicle, and confirm the rate prior to entering the shop. Customers will also have to be proactive and call the store for the status of their vehicle, otherwise the shop will try to have you drop your vehicle off for 9 hours (open to close). The shop is poorly kept. This is not a place where a customer would want to wait for their vehicle to be worked on. It looked as though I was entering an abandoned business where the gentleman happened to have the keys to. When I picked up the vehicle, I explained that what he did on raising the price at the last second was unprofessional. Unfortunately, he had about 5-7 customers behind me and at the rate he's charging for window tinting (if you know, his price is very expensive), in a market like St Roberts, he's likely making out on all the service members who provide him business. When I got there the next morning the lady at the desk had no copy of the estimate that was given to me over the phone the day before, nor did she know the price and what kind of tire I had ordered. Luckily, the tires had been delivered. After the job was done I pulled onto the street and heard the sound of something dragging underneath the truck. I did a u turn and pulled back into the parking lot and told them about the problem, which was a fiberous black covering under the engine which had not been fastened back down. (Okay....honest mistake....no problem) I decided to go to the car wash following this appointment, and as I was washing the truck I noticed a square, metal plate that had been thrown into my bed. (Pictured) At this point I was in a different town that luckily had a Ford dealer. I was told the clips to hold this plate under the engine were missing or broken. So long story short, Ford had to order some new clips. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this place of business, nor would I recommend anyone else taking their vehicles to this establishment. The people at the Ford dealer were wonderful....I should have gone there, instead!
