They told me the problem was fixed but after supposedly fixing it it wasn't it still existed. After having them replace all circuit breakers and install surge protector, which was working fine before, it still wasn't right. They were to replace the meter claw can which they did not do. They came back 4 more times and told me it was probably my refridgerator causing problems, which they plugged into an extension cord and left it that way. The red flag went up when they said all the outlets and switches had to be replaces upstairs to the tune of another $1200 in addition to the $3200 I had already paid them. Also told me I needed a new ceiling fan because it went bad but there was power to the switch so I got one. Another lie, no power but there was before them. I called another company to come give me an estimate and they showed me pictures that the only thing Infinite did out side was to change the disconnect hookup which was not the problem, it was he can as I told them in the first place. I did make them aware of my findings and have not heard back from them as of yet and that was two weeks ago. They just kept leading me on and grasping at straws. What a nightmare!

I was initially quoted $400. When the electrician arrived, he explained that because of the distance from the electrical panel, the cost would be $500 instead. We agreed to the new price, and the installation was completed. They knew from the beginning that this outlet was specifically for charging an electric vehicle. About a month later, our EV charger began displaying overheating warnings and stopped charging. When my husband checked the outlet, it was extremely hot to the touch and had gray residue around it that looked like electrical smoke. Concerned for our safety, we researched the issue and contacted another licensed electrician for a second opinion. We were told the outlet that Bryton Electric installed was not the correct type for continuous EV charging and should not have been used for that application because it posed a potential fire hazard. We contacted Bryton Electric, and they agreed to come back and replace the outlet. While they did install the correct EV-rated outlet, they also charged us an additional $175 to correct their own installation mistake. What upsets me most isn't just the extra charge--it's that my family and home were put at risk because the wrong equipment was installed in the first place. I hired a licensed electrical contractor because I expected them to know the proper materials and installation requirements for an EV charging outlet. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Bryton Electric. If you're hiring an electrician for an EV charger installation, I strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions about the outlet and components being installed and to verify they are using equipment specifically rated for continuous EV charging. They were unable to send someone out that day but they made an appointment for 9 o'clock the next morning . Germain arrived at 930am .. Germain was a very respectful business like and nice, young man.. He informed me that they charged per hour and he went right to work.. My situation was I turned on my table top oven fully and the microwave at the same time. It seems that I had blown a circuit breaker. Jermaine went to work check on the different sockets and the circuit board.. He came to the same conclusion that I had over power and burnt out my circuit breaker for this. Without further ado Germaine had repaired and replace the items which came to a total cost of $150. They accept cash check and credit cards including Discover credit card.. They did the old-school method of writing it on pen and paper for my credit card and he filled it out so that there would be no mistakes..I signed it after reviewing it and gave him my email address so they could send me a receipt that way plus I had a hard copy receipt...
