In a target parking lot so shopping and restrooms are available nearby. Drivers were courteous at this location, with most only charging to 80% SOC, we were there less than 30 minutes and 6 cars came while we were charging and most were hooked up and charging in less than 15 minutes from the time they pulled into the wait line. I understand the reason but this company's practices are unfair. I entered my phone number before charging to request charging updates so that I could get my car as soon as done. I never got the text. The company told me it was probably my phone service. Really??? I have Verizon coverage and coverage is perfect in Seal Beach. Clark gave me a really great price to come jump start and charge my cars battery. Unfortunately I was in an accident a few months ago and my car was not reassembled correctly when I had the body work done on it and the front latch did not release the fronk. 2019 is a very difficult car to jump start. Clark went above and beyond to try and find another solution, but due to the body shops poor assembly the latch didn't budge. Had my latch worked how it was meant to work this would have been such an awesome solution. Now I know if I'm ever out of town and the heat is kicking on my battery too much to the point were my car is about to die, I can call this team to charge it up for me. All I have to do is unlock the port on my app and they'll plug and charge. Clark arrived super quick and that is that mine was non urgent since my battery died at my home. Tonight it was behind the market and that worked well. When several cars are waiting at different vantage points it gets confusing about who is next. There are places to eat here and if you need a restroom just walk over to the store. I personally like to walk over to the Sizzler, the restroom is straight ahead from the front door, and it is well cared for. This station typically has one stall needing service on several occasions.

Other companies either told me what I wanted wasn't doable or flaked on the scheduled appointment. I told Jody I needed a Tesla Wall Mounted into the garage. it was a complicated process because of old panels but the work around was to make a sub panel dedicated to the EV Charger. I asked if he can slide me in his busy schedule rather than waiting a week. He asked why I was in a hurry to get it done and I told him "I HATE CHARGING AT SUPER CHARGERS and I'm off on Thursday" .... Needless to say, Jody slid me in his schedule 2 days later instead on Thursday and got the job done in under an hour. I highly recommend Jody .
