The quality of repair is better than I have experienced at any other shop in town. Willing and capable of fixing any and everything from the cheap pair of shoes that you love and wearout often, to the really expensive, intricate pair that you might be nervous to trust someone with repairing. I picked them up and when I tried them the next day I realized he hadn't listened to a word I said and just added Velcro to the overstretched strap. In fact they were even worse and totally unwearable. I was so disgusted I kept forgetting about it. There are signs in every inch of the shop that say absolutely no refunds. So why bother going into speak to him. I'm always struggling for money and don't want the aggravation of their arrogance. So maybe if it's leather? Anything else complicated you will be screwed

Kristen and Nyallie were extremely pleasant. The store had good lighting, super clean and organized as always. There was a wide selection of clearance items to pick from. I also spotted a few new athletic sneakers that I am considering for my next purchase. All of what I saw were reasonable prices. I had returns and I was able to find a comfy Clark branded low heel sandal. I enjoy this DSW location compared to Sumner & Crossroads. The store offers weekly shoe donations and customers can obtain 50 pts. I always forget about this. I learned today that DSW also offers water proofing services for a charge. This is perfect for suede or Uggs. A great service I'm glad I now know about. The staff here are extremely pleasant, helpful and leave a lasting impression after each visit.
