I've had a car in that shop 3 or 4 times over the last 3 months over a battery problem and all I get is "defective battery". I don't know if they don't feel the car is worth working on or what, but I can't keep going without my car. Everyone i talk to about the problem agrees it's a parasitic drain or a short, not 3 straight factory defective batteries. I didn't have it for four days this time before I was greeted by a dead battery again this morning. One would think while a shop would benefit from return service, just fixing the car would be the best possible way to get even more money from me in the future. I have given another location several thousands of dollars in the past for GOOD SERVICE. One would think after the second "factory defective battery" they would actually look into and diagnose the problem. I'll never give them money again and I will never refer anyone to them again.
