He's always leaving with nothing. They do ship to the store for free pickup if a different store has the size so that's an option. Some of the shoes they sell are absolute garbage and fall apart after a few wears and or rip your feet to shreds. That being said, you get what you pay for. They sell Birkenstocks and other better brands too. This store in particular is confusing to maneuver around as there's this weird area in the center that's narrow and sends you to the sides in an awkward way if there's any 'traffic.' Parking lot is full of impatient drivers so be ware when leaving.

As you would expect, this store had a lot of options. The man who helped us was very patient and took a lot of time to help my daughter find a pair of shoes she liked. She even used the treadmill a few times to make sure the shoes were comfortable for running. This place is not cheap, but the service is good and the goods are high quality. Shoes will cost you over $100. They have Darn Tough socks for about $18. Running clothes and accessories too.

As soon as Mark C and I walked in we were greeted by an plesant employee asking how he could be of assistance. I was not in the market for a new pair of shoes but my husband wanted to try out a pair of Hoka Hoka One's which we were told the Glastonbury location carried. While Mark C was outfitted with not just a pair Hoka Hoka One shoes but several other options, I perused the store for things I "had to have". I was impressed with the location's tastefully lines walls and racks containing variety of men's and women's apparel and accessories as well as anything else you might need to make your run possible such as fuel and lighting. In the end Mark C ended up with a pair of shoes and I ended up with some "must have" items (socks and fuel), but I will definitely be back as the store starts getting the Run Club and Pub Runs underway.

Very disappointed with their customer service. Apparently they don't honer their 90 day return policy. They have lost a longtime customer. LIFE LESSON LEARNED After you've painted one side of a door, put your roller and paintbrush in a plastic bag, tie it tight, come back a week later to finish the job, and carelessly carry the bag with wet paint in it, where will that wet paint drip, besides your workroom, laundry room, and garage? Well, besides leaving a white paint trail on those three floors, I also left a massive dripping splish-splash of sloshed white paint all over my beloved black Skecher sneakers. They were the best and most comfortable sneakers I ever had. Because they kind of looked like a black loafer, they were so versatile they fit right in on the rare occasion I dressed in a coat and tie. I pretty much wore them every day. My wife made a valiant effort to salvage them, but after a diligent scrubbing and a visit to the washing machine, there were still plenty of paint flecks embedded into the surface. Which is why I visited the Skecher store in the Trader Joe's Plaza in Manchester. They have a pretty big selection, and I found something close to what I had. Shout out to the young lady who helped me. I brought along the model number of my old sneakers, and she gladly went into the computer and told me that model was sadly discontinued a few years ago. We were lucky enough to visit during a BOG 50% off sale, so in addition to my new pair, my wife picked up a nice pair of white sneakers.
