We entered the store in the middle of the day, the shop was empty but we were greeted immediately by an associate. A few people came in after us, but overall I thought it was still slow for a Monday. The salesman came by to check on us a few times, recommend a few shoes and explain the availability of a wide dress shoe size according to brand. The shoes were neatly arranged; I was able to find what I was looking for quickly. The clearance section for my size had good stock. Usually my clearance section has small stock or a limited number of shoes there, but this time I had as many as the other clearance sizes had. I narrowed down my hunt and had a generous amount of time trying the shoes on. Best of all, their stock of Lifestride shoes was excellent! I found some styles that were sold out at the other Famous Footwears. Upon check out, my shoes were much cheaper than I had thought (they were clearance but rang up for about half the price!) I had a great time shopping here (no lines, good service), and was impressed that the associate was the only worker I saw in the shop (perhaps someone was doing inventory in the back?).
