I needed new exercise/walking shoes. The sales associate helped me find a pair I liked. They didn't…read morehave the color I wanted, so I had to wait two days for the shoes to be sent over from Saginaw. That wasn't a problem for me - except when I came back, they had sent the wrong shoes. So then I had to wait another two days for the shoes to be sent from Bay City (apparently Saginaw was out). The two days stretched to six days with me calling every two days. No apologies or explanations for the delay. I finally told them to cancel the order, so I could buy the shoes somewhere else. The salesperson's response was "Okay cool! I'll cancel your order". Not one employee seemed to care whether I got my shoes or whether they made a sale. Never going back!!

Very nice and clean secondhand shop. If they're coming down an aisle, do I move? Are they supposed to move? Who gets right of way?? I must have missed the course on shopping etiquette. The prices are very low like Salvation Army stores, and things seemed to be in order. No chipped glasses or stained sweaters. I got two big Chinese-style bowls for a dollar each and a pair of suede/faux suede ankle boots in good condition for $5. Apparently they also have a deal where if you spend $100 you get $10 off.

I think they just estimated my measurements after I left instead of using the fitting they measured me at. And the lady there was being snippy with me when I was complaining about my shoes. Sorry I just spent 179 dollars for a tux that doesn't fit. Similar instances with 2 other weddings and wayyyyyy back in HS for both proms. Maybe I'm just the unlucky one. They only really messed up mine this weekend. So 6 out of 7 I guess isn't bad odds for a wedding. I know when I get married I'll be searching else where. 5 strikes you're out. Especially after the way the lady treated a paying customer.

He did offer to call the other store for us, but we declined since we weren't sure if we would go that day. Even though they didn't have a large selection, we appreciated the fact that they didn't waste any of our time and directed us to another store where we found what we needed.
