They have a machine that scans your feet for best size & pressure points. This helps with choosing correct sizing and widths. Didn't acknowledge me or even make eye contact when I said hello or throughout the checkout. I asked about using my rewards and she said "well you have to let it load" and then proceeding to not bring up or use any of my rewards. Don't waste your time here, famous footwear is much better.
