There's a large gravel parking lot surrounded by mature trees; makes it feel like you're in a wooded area. Inside, the shop is filled with colorful women's clothing and accessories like bracelets and soaps. There are positive/upbeat sayings throughout the store to encourage customers to have a good experience. The clothing is probably geared towards working women who want something nice to wear either to work or during their precious down time. Due to the limited size of the shop, the clothing that comes in is limited in quantity, so getting to know the owners and when new shipments come in might be to your advantage to be able to pick up something in your size. Okay, I am relying upon my wife's opinion on much of this review, so I'm supposed to mention that the individual brands that are carried vary widely on how true to size they run. Fortunately, the owners are familiar with each brand well enough to know the differences and can help you find a size that works best for you. My wife ended up buying three tops while there, so I think she really liked it. Prices seemed pretty reasonable on most of the items too! After parking, we were directed to walk around to the front which has multiple steps even though there is a perfectly good ramp on the backside. My wife, who was using a cane asked about it and they only let people in wheel chairs come in and out of that entrance. I found that to be inconsiderate. Sure, most of their clients are in good shape if they are runners. But for us, it wasn't a great start to our experience. Inside, the space is small, but tidy. There were several racks of women's athletic wear and some accessories near the front check out counter. I will say that they woman working was otherwise helpful in finding something for us and since she was wearing some of the clothing herself, it was easy to see how the fit of the garments looked. Because it is a specialty boutique that carries quality clothing, the price was a bit of a shock to me. However, my wife didn't bat an eye because she informed me that the prices were what she expected. I defer to her expertise in these things. When I asked about my order, I was told they were "busy," but that didn't match what I was seeing--people were consistently being served ahead of me. Being ignored for that long while others moved through quickly made me feel unwelcome and singled out. Whether intentional or not, the way this was handled came across as discriminatory and needs to be addressed. I hope management takes this seriously, looks into what happened, and ensures that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully.

They pulled off a really lovely event that left me with some great memories and a chance to dive back into childhood nostalgia. BUT that was after I emailed the customer service email over 5 times (no response to any email), sent facebook messages to the boutiques page(they read them but again failed to respond to any of the messages), and even went as far as emailing the owners personal page. Apparently it is okay to take a customers money and not send the product promptly. Finally after a little more than 2 weeks the owner responded and sent me the shirt....... ONLY to get the shirt in the WRONG size with stains and holes in it. Talk about frustrated! I will NEVER shop there again and made sure to let all my friends, co-workers, and family know how awful the customer service is, the lack of responsibility, and quality (or lack there of) of the products. My recommendation to everyone reading this go shop somewhere else like Dottie Couture! They have the best clothes with the best prices and the most amazing customer service and staff! UPDATE: The owner reached out to me via facebook messenger 19 minutes after this review was posted..... Weird considering no one can respond to emails about the missing product but can respond within 20 minutes of a bad review. Further more, she proceeded to argue with me about when it was shipped out. It was shipped out 14 days after she received my payment to her direct PayPal account. Warning: if you try to confront her or bring any issue up about products she will argue with you and proceed to block you on facebook from the boutique and the VIP group to avoid bad reviews. She also deletes any google review on her page if it is a bad one. Personally, as an owner you should NEVER argue with the customers. If I were the owner I would want to do anything to make it right since a store front was just opened. But hey maybe that is just me.
