With 25 different types, we thought it best to have a trained salesperson help him. Carolyn started by measuring his feet. It came as no surprise that the size, and shoes sold to him, from that popular shoe outlet, were not correct as far as length and width. Carolyn patiently found the correct combination, explaining and giving guidance, without trying to upsell the sale. Joe was comfortable and pleased. Bottom line, Foot Store gained two new customers.

A salesperson came over to ask if I needed any assistance which I did not at the time. My purchase went smoothly and the cashier explained their reward system of earning points with every purchase. She was showing me hats that didn't fit my wants or needs. After she handed me several hats that did not nearly fit my head, I let her know they didn't fit. This is a great deal but with a line behind me, I opted to buy my shoes and leave. If I'd known about the deal earlier, I would've shopped around for a second pair. Famous Footwear gets crowded. I wish the store had more spots to sit down and try on shoes as well as more room to walk around and try them out. The aisles are narrow, which is a concern if you're trying to socially distance. I saw hand sanitizer, associates wearing masks, the registers are behind plexiglass, and an announcement over the PA reminded customers to wear masks. Despite the physical layout of the store, which was obviously built pre-2020, I feel like Famous Footwear is combating COVID the best they can.

I'm a big boy and it's hard to find clothes that fit me because most stores don't carry any sizes over XL, but at Burke's they carry up to 5X in clothing for me; with a great selection of XXL in shirts, shorts, and pants. My wife and daughter also found some nice clothes and shoes. They also have a decent pet department there where we were able to pick up some pet car seat covers, food/water bowls, and toys for our furry friends. And they also carry lots of home goods, kitchen items, clothing accessories (watches, earrings, belts, etc), and even some food items. Overall it's a pretty decent store with decent prices.

They have a decent selection of shoes for men, women & children. They also have a small collection of socks & handbags. Organization & cleanliness depends on the day, but it looks like they try to keep it organized. One big issue is that they have stacks of shoes in the middle of the isle....I don't know if it's overflow or what, but it is in the way & looks messy.
