She started saying that "she was watching over me, and that I wasn't cleaning my mess, that she was keeping a close eye on what I was doing", as if she believed I was going to steal something. I then told her in Spanish that I was not done looking at the boots yet, I had several pairs out bc I was undecided about which ones I wanted, and that they will be put away when I am done. Roseanne proceeded to argue with me, and then sarcastically said "oh really?!?! ALL of them?!? I felt so unwelcome at that store, I was going to buy 3 pairs of boots but ended up leaving just with what I had already picked out. She then followed me to the register, it seems as if she was trying to intimidate me to make sure I didn't request a manager. Note: I only had 4 pairs of boots out, I like to try them out several times and compare them before making a decision. Tonight, same thing, they wanted to rush us out of the store so they could get to the 'real' work of vacuuming and cleaning the mirrors for closing. They won't consider staying an extra 1/2 hour after closing to help a woman buy a $1000 dress? My fiancée would rather model dresses after hours when no other patrons can judge her.
