I'm warning customers to avoid this shoe repair shop at all costs. I wanted a brand new pair of shoes stretched. When I picked them up, it looked like he had sprayed the leather with something that stained the shoes. I went back to him to complain and he denied spraying them; he said that's how they were when i brought them in. And the second pair I brought in, he ruined as well by painting a scratched part with a completely different color, an orange-pinkish color instead of the gold existing color. I'm so upset. I recently brought in a pair of Uggs that needed what looked to be sllllllłñ glue at the toes along with a thorcleaning.

In February 2023, I had a pair of Kswiss tennis shoes cleaned. They looked better than new! Vale the manager was friendly, courteous and professional. I picked them on up and the date given and they were ready as promised. The price was incredibly reasonable for the area. I was quoted 3x the price in Westwood. I'll be using Shoe Fits for all my shoe needs. I highly recommend this business. read more

Amazing find for shoe repairs, leather work, key replication, and even purchasing comfortable footwear. The craftsmen who work there are truly gifted in the repair and restoration of shoes, purses, watch bands, belts, wallets, and other leather goods. Added note, there are honest, kindhearted, and do not overcharge for these repairs. My issues are with the price and customer service. The quality of work is good. I was quoted $18 to stitch a strap on my high heel that came unsown around the buckle, which seemed high to me. I asked the man at drop-off if that included a polish as well, and he said yes. At pick up, they weren't polished. He said normally it's extra to polish, and I reiterated that we agreed upon a polish at drop-off. He was argumentative but did take them back and polish them. I'd think all shoes should be polished when brought in for service. To avoid this confusion in the future, all prices should be listed in plain sight for the customer. read more

I come here to get my shoes repaired, and to get keys made, and they're great! My shoes are ready the day they say they are, and the keys only take a couple of minutes to make. This guy is AMAZING! No matter what I bring to him, no matter how wrecked or hopeless or impossible the job seems to me, he returns it BETTER THAN NEW. I brought him a backpack/purse dealie with a drawstring that had fallen apart. Not only did he repair it, quickly and cheaply, but he replaced the original rope and fabric drawstring with a much sturdier and better functioning leather drawstring. But WAIT...the leather string PERFECTLY matched the rest of the backpack...I mean PERFECTLY. I was convinced, after his repair, that his solution to the closure problem was FAR superior to the one chosen by the original designer. Then, I brought him a computer bag whose zipper had given up the ghost. Both zipper pulls had come off and the teeth were separating from the zipper itself, not to mention the zipper separating from the bag. Once again, SHAZAM!!!! Better than New. He apparently removed the whole zipper and replaced it, installing it with perfectly aligned, DOUBLE stitching, rather than the single stitching originally used. Neither of these items was super expensive in the first place, but, after his repair, each was MORE VALUABLE THAN NEW. Now, if I could only stop being so hard on my Stuff!!!! read more

I was having a severe foot problem and my doctor wasn't really helping me in getting the right comfort. So, I called into shoefits and they told me that they specialize in orthodics. I went into there store and was amazed on how they sold mens, kids, and womens shoes. They also make keys, repair shoes, and repair luggage. I was very astonished. But not only is there store astonishing they also had a high tech foot reading system. It showed me my pressure points in my feet, size, arch etc. I eventually bought these inserts that the machine had recommended me. And, from there and it helped my foot.
