The two Latina women working 10/19 On a Sunday were the rudest people ever. They acted like me needing help or trying on a size was an inconvenience to them. When I asked the only man who was working there to get me a size he was as nice as could be and answered my questions. The women who checked me out was wearing see through short/leggings. So trashy. Disgusting even. The other Latino woman who was on the floor came up to the check out and whispered something, and then they both proceeded to look at me like I was a problem. Will not be giving my service again. People who work minimum wage jobs and treat people, especially white Americans like trash, will not get my respect. There's a reason they are working there. I'm really not typically a foot locker fan, but this store was really a pretty nice place to shop all in all. Kind of a different layout than what you're used to ... kind of an L shaped store on a corner heading into Third Street Promenade. The store is divided up nicely between men's and women's (small section of children's available as well). What I liked about this store is that had some So Cal specific branded apparel from Nike and other brands that you can't find in Bama. Prices were really good, same as what you would expect to pay online. They were our first stop of the day at the Promenade, so we didn't buy anything. That may have been a mistake, we didn't get back until after their closing time so I wasn't able to get the one shirt they had that I really liked. I guess that's what online shopping is made for though. Really good store location. Exceptionally clean and organized. Highly recommend if you like brands like Nike, Adidas, etc (also they had some other brands I hadn't heard of - maybe more of a local thing). Check them out! read more

Apple Pay is verified. The cards on Apple Pay have all been checked out. I use Apple Pay all the time. It's just your web site is run by morons. Then you tel me my card hasn't been charged. But it has. It shows on my card. Complete stupidity. If you're going to order online don't goto foot lockers web site, it doesn't work. Go to foot action or another sneaker company. The worst customer experience I've ever had. I never post on yelp, especially not to dog a business, they need all the help that they can get but I'm so pissed, I had to do something! I waited close to 30 minutes for a salesperson to return with the shoes I requested. When I finally saw him again and asked where the shoes were, he said they didn't have my size, if I hadn't flagged him down, would he ever have returned to tell me they were out?? So I said, it would have been nice if he came and told me they didn't have the shoes, to which he replied, "you don't have to get smart with me"! Like, what?? I've been sitting here all this time, with 2 little kids btw, and you can't even walk over here and tell me the shoes aren't available, then make me feel bad?? If I could leave 0 stars I would the employees here are absolutely rude I called about my shoes and the first little girl hung up and the second one had an attitude when I called to ask when they came in since I didn't get a tracking number because the employee didn't put my correct email down. So as I'm speaking to her the girl hangs up. Friday night was pretty dead as far as staffing. Browsed the women's area for some running shoes and there were about three others browsing. Knew what I wanted just needed my size but no staff member in sight. Convenient location but I rather go to the location at the grove. Unhelpful, nasty, their people should not be working in retail. I had my bag stolen while I put my coat on in their store. They have the chode on tape stealing my bag, they refused to let me see the tape, they refused to let the SMPD see the tape, they refused to take a photo of the tape with my phone so I could take report the crime. I got some shoes for my son online as a gift from footlocker.com. When he tried them on they were too small. No problem right? They have a fit guarantee. And their website clearly states in their return policy "Take the item(s) you would like to return to any of our stores nationwide." So I went to this Foot Locker. I was "helped" by someone behind the register that seemed too busy looking at some piece of paper to even bother with me, with a prompt / rude we do not do online returns and that I'd need to go to Culver City. Umm the website clearly states "any of our stores nationwide". Long story short either their website is wrong or this guy was just so rude that he didn't to be bothered to actually help a customer. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location that actually employs competent people who are capable of doing their job. The managers of this location were unable to solve a very rudimentary issue regarding the loss of a package that was their fault. I was simply told there was nothing that they could do for me and that I was out over $110.00. I went in yesterday to return a pair of shoes that turned out to be uncomfortable. The store clerk said that he'll take care of it, so I left. Checking today, however, I see that no chargebacks have appeared. I went in and asked about what happened, and was told that they have no record of the return. The clerk was not helpful at all, saying that she couldn't help me unless she knew the exact brand of the shoes I bought, which I no longer had since I returned the receipt along with the shoes.
