Associates are very friendly and are willing to help but only thing that made it a bad experience was that I was standing near the front waiting for help and there was a lady who I believe could be the manager who was just on the phone the whole time. Did not ask if I needed help or even knew I was standing there. As a customer I don't know if it was important phone call but if so she could have stepped out but instead she was on the phone the whole time I was there and it was for about a good 30 minutes straight. If you guys decide to come shop here I would highly suggest asking an associate for help rather than the lady who just stands up front on the phone not acknowledging anyone. read more

Although they always have an awesome selection of new and variant colored sneakers on hand their prices tend to be quite a bit more expensive than Footlocker or Shiekh Shoes. I always appreciate that at any one time they have 6-12 different selections on sale, but despite marking items down by 30% or more, they tend to choose less than sought after shoes and ugly collaborations to part ways with. I don't mind cashing out for quality sneakers, but I have a hard time paying high prices for common shoes that sell for $20-$30 less on StockX. read more

So I bought some Jordan's for my brother and he decided to wear them for about an hour and a half then realized his feet hurt. We were already home so we decided to come today (08-05-19) to exchange them and because the bottoms were icy clear and they had a little dirt on them , they didn't want to exchange them for us because "a day is a day". When I left the store I took a little bit of water and wet my sweater and wiped a part of the dirt off. It easily came off. Now I'm pissed because wth . It wasn't even that dirty . I checked the tracking number and it said they were delivered, so I called customer service which was very hard to get through I would get put on hold and never answered or if I called back someone would send me to voice mail. I finally get through and told them I never received the shoes I was then told that it takes 30 days for them to run an investigation for $150 pair of Jordan's now mind you I've order well over 200 pairs of shoes from this company and thought they were solid but after this situation I will never order or buy anything from SHOE PALACE.
