As a thrifter this was not the place for me.. every single thing is wrapped in plastic and VERY highly priced. I haven't ever met anyone who likes this kind of store. The shoes looked to be in good condition but it all felt like a museum and not a store to buy anything. It's just not inviting. How am I supposed to try anything on? Is it all collectors items? Idk. This place has an INSANE variety of high class sneakers. Yeezy's, air forces, bape shoes, Jordan's, pretty much any shoe you can think of they have! They also sell clothing that is very pricey. Everything above $75-$100. They sell Bape, supreme, Off White. This is definitely the place to go for sneakers in my opinion. They almost always have my correct size when other stores do not. This place has def gone downhill fast. Customer service is terrible, and I don't think they have any idea of how to run a business. No greeting, no "how can I help you", or "are you looking for anything particular?" Nope, they just sitting there on the computer, or their phones until you decide to come up to the counter and ask them a question. Then you get the standard eye roll, and "no, can't do anything for you" answer. I've been here many times, and have bought a majority of my collection here since they opened trying to support them as a local business. When they first opened, used to always give them first opportunity to help me with my sneaker fix, but now with the weird hours, and poor customer service, won't be going back. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Finally, their pricing is rather high, and there are other similar shops with same selection, better customer service, and better pricing. read more

For designer Friday they never answer the phones but state phone orders are allowed after 1230(on ig). I called @ 1230 and tried to order(for once they fuckin answered)...the shoes were there but then they said 1pm for phone orders(wtf). Of corse when I drive up there the shoes are sold. Their prices are fairly high in comparison with places like Prstg, StockX and GOAT, but if you stop by on a regular basis and look thoroughly through their display shelves you can find some real hidden gems. The new sneakers on the left side of the shop are generally overpriced. I'd suggest only buying them if you see something you absolutely need otherwise i'd suggest shifting your focus to the right side of the shop where the deals are found. These shoes vary in condition, most are NDS or Worn but there are a few DS selections spread throughout. I have found used retro 12's for cheaper than all other sources and brand new satin 1's for $30 under online retailers. In addition to sneakers, they also carry designer goods with Supreme and Bape being two of their most popular brands that they carry. read more

Their shoes are all covered in plastic which is a nice feature. The employees didn't greet us or acknowledge us. I had to walk up to the counter and greet them. I proceeded to ask a question to two gentlemen behind the counter. One was on his phone-could have been work related. The other answered my question and didn't even make eye-contact with me. So, I asked again, and he glanced at me and looked away. Also, the music was a bit loud. Highly unprofessional. Felt very unwelcoming. I went here to try and sell some of the old shoes that I had in my closet for my husband and they didn't take any of the shoes even though they say that they take older styles as well as they would take them clean or dirty. My first of many visits to come was an overall 5 Star experience, no doubt about that! The three gentleman running the shop (my bad terrible with names) who helped me and spoke to over the phone were very helpful, very transparent and fair when negotiating what I wanted for my shoes in person. They definitely know there shit and won't lowball you.
