When the billing cycle came we were charged the highest membership level under our own name on our card. When we tried to call customer service to cancel they basically told us there wasn't anything they could do and we had to dispute it through the credit card company. You can find better color options, customer service, and even products at competitors without worrying about membership fees.

I bought them without properly trying them on, and walked out wearing them. I walked up to the law school and realized the boots were too small on me and it hurt my feet. I studied at the law school for a few hours and decided to see if they would do an exchange for me. I went in and told them the situation, and asked if I can possibly do an exchange.
