Tucson AZ - outlet location Marana AZ. Horrible experience today. When we walked in, there were two associates working. One lady who was the assistant store manager and one guy. When we walked in, no one spoke to us. My dad found a shoe that he wanted so he took them up to the register where he waited in line for several minutes while the lady was chatting away with her friend in personal conversations. I had to walk to the other side of the register to get help. When she saw me, she picked her eyebrows up and said can I help you but I can see her irritation at that time. I said yes, my dad would like to try some shoes on. She walked over to the shoes and scanned them so I walked away and I came back a couple of minutes later and she is talking to the guy again at the counter about different outfits they're gonna be wearing at different times. I asked my dad if she was getting the shoes and he said no that she handed it off to that guy. The guy took several minutes to locate the shoes in the back. When he came out, he was walking towards us until he saw that guy and instantly walked over there and started doing handshakes and asking him what's up. I said this is so ridiculous, Can we please just get the shoes so we can try them on? There was a lady waiting in front of us. He was frustrated and there was a lady behind us who was frustrated. The guy didn't answer me, but he walked past me and took the shoes to the counter and the lady told me we have other customers here we have to help. I said no, you were Personally chatting while we're waiting for our shoes. She then said that's fine, we don't have to help you and snatch the shoes off the counter. I asked her for her name and she walked to the back and wouldn't give it to me. As soon as she did that, the other gentleman walked straight over to the guy and carried on a personal conversation with no acknowledgment to us again. I stood in the store and called the Tucson location so I can get a hold of a manager and they finally told her friend that you should probably leave now. Angela, who is the lady told the Tucson manager that I was cussing at her and that's why she refused service, which is a total lie. Hoping to get a hold of district and have those videos pulled so they can see what terrible service she provided not only for us, but for the other people in the store. There was quite a few frustrated people, and I was told that Angela's behavior has been like this towards several other people in the past. What a disappointment. I was there to get my dad a Father's Day gift. The outlet mall is out of my way and I left there with nothing because they wanted to hang out with their friend instead of work. read more

We ordered some shoes online and we got the wrong ones. The right shoe was from one collection and the left from a totally different collection! We have reached out multiple times through email and phone yet no one has called or emailed back. It has been over 3 weeks and still no response. This is ridiculous. Mike is a literal ANGEL. I purchased some sneakers for my daughter and needed to exchange for a bigger size and Mike went OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure my daughter got the perfect sneakers. Really disappointed with the attitude of the employees here! Was browsing the place with my mom who wanted to try on several sizes, and the girl who helped us was just kind of sour. You can tell she just didn't want to be there; I'm usually one to give the benefit of the doubt...maybe she was having a bad day, idk but based off the other reviews this seems to be a reoccurring thing at this location! I am a casual sneaker lover and I can confidently say that Shoe Palace in the Tucson Outlets is up there with the top best shoe stores in the Tucson Area. Off the bat, I was greeted by a friendly employee Isabella who asked me what brought me in today. I was mostly browsing as I didn't know exactly what shoes I wanted, although I was impressed with the amount of selections there were available on the shelves. The entire store looked amazing! You can definitely notice the pride that they take in their cleanliness. I was able to look around the entire store without feeling any negative energy from the staff, which nowadays is hard to find in sneaker stores. While looking around, I was approached and greeted by Kyle who introduced himself and asked me more specific questions about what I'm looking for in my new sneakers. He also informed me of an entire section of shoes at discounted prices! After our conversation, he had a couple recommendations of shoes that I have never seen before. His knowledge helped me discover and fall in love with my new pair of Nike dunks! Needless to say, this store became my go-to shoe store in the Tucson area. It is rare to have service, selection, and value nowadays and this store nails it on all three aspects. read more

This place sucks. The store associates are lazy and rude. Couldn't find anyone to get us a shoe size and when we did he never came back. Waited about 15 minutes and then asked the front desk and he said he was pretty sure someone bought that size. Asked for another size and he said he didn't think they had that and just stood there. We had to ask if he would go check. He was definitely being lazy and it seemed like he was stoned. read more

they have to female that works there and they're are extremely rude and have no clue what they're doing they have 0 experience they literally have no clue what customer service is or how to respect their customer,my brother always buys his stuff from them till one day we entered the store and there was no one but us and the two females that work there and another guy who we stopped and asked for help he said he's on his lunch break and he told one of the female to help we stayed there for 30 minutes waiting for her to come and she was literally doing nothing but walking around the store looking at us !! I got to the cashier and spoke to the other female and by that time there were about 4 other customers that just came in she came and help and left once my brother done trying the shoe on she left and we kept waiting again for her for 10 minutes I walked up again to her and told her that we been waiting in spoke to her nicely explaining the wait and we need to pay and leave but she start attacking me I asked for a manager she lied and told me she is the manager i told her I need to speak to the guy again he came and found out that he was the manager not her!!! Simply all we wanted is a shoe size, check out and leave 1 hour in that store waiting for help and when we tried to explain what happened the female was attacking us and lying to us our next visit one of the female was there and my brother again asked for her help to look if they have a M jacket she looked at us with a rude look and said no! She didn't even look at the jacket or cheeked the back as they always do we tried to give them another chance but no they don't deserve it we didn't want to start another argument with them so we just left but this store really needs to change these two rude females who have 0 experience I don't recommend their business to anyone unless you want to be treated rudely read more

A big disappointment today when we took an expensive pair of shoes ($152.) back to Shoe Palace at Tucson Premium Outlets that we had just bought 3 days ago for our grandson. One of the top tie gold clips had come off one of the shoes and got lost and the manager refused to help us. He refused to send them back to the vendor. No compromise in any way. This is the reason in the future we will avoid Shoe Palace and stick with the stores that are not a problem with customer returns such as Target and Walmart. read more

Josiah and Kyle from the Tucson Premium Outlets are employees which I can recommend to any customer coming in. If you want to buy any shoes or shirts from here, make sure you get it from them. We came in extremely late for our shopping after our school day and they both stayed overtime to help us take care of our shopping needs. I felt very taken care of after I paid for my clothes and found all the stuff I wanted. They gave us recommendations on clothing when we asked them, and also told us about some great deals in which we could take advantage of. I really enjoyed this shopping experience. I usually don't leave reviews on Yelp but I felt these employees deserved some recognition. Thank you for your help guys! So I've been here before like 2 years ago and it was crappy customer service. My family and I went today and we have an awesome sales person named Serg (Sergio). The best customer service in shoes I've had in years. Loved that my kids enjoyed his help they said he deserves a raise. He went above and beyond in helping my boys find shoes and some apparel. My teenage son is such a shoe fanatic that he knows every shoe there is out there. We went over the weekend to the Outlets and we stopped into the store and he found some shoes he loved. The price on the shoe that was on display was a great buy so he tried on his size and of course wanted them right away. When we went to pay the guys at the register were very helpful but stated they could not match the prize from the same shoe that was on display. I was disappointed that they could not help me in any way to match the price they are advertising. That is the one thing that will make me think twice about buying a shoe there. We have purchased many shoes at this store at other locations and always had a pleasant time shopping and get good customer service but this location, at the outlets, just didn't do that this time.
