Also had a vintage Loewe purse cleaned (it had a black stain on the corner) and reconditioned done at the same time. The gentlemen here (Kyle & Dustin) were so friendly and helpful. They quoted me very reasonable pricing that would've been just the price of shipping for Tumi alone (and that's without the labor and cost of a zipper). Knowing how to work on quality pieces and knowledge of different leathers is definitely a dying art. The cobblers here are knowledgeable and quick. I had everything back in a week! Customer service is great here and I love how honest they are about how to take care of your shoes and what needs to be done to them.
