Upon picking up my boots a was disappointed to see loose sloppy stitching, glue being used to hold parts of the boot together, and just overall poor craftsmanship. About three weeks after getting these boots back the repair is separating in places due to the glue not holding and the loose stitches are starting to tear. Also wanted to add that they were poorly re-dyed which I did not agree to. Disappointing because I had heard nothing but good things about this place. Do not recommend.

Will not press flat. Ruined this brand new jacket. Her reply was "what's the problem?" Talking over me, loudly, not listening and then hung up on me.
