This small store is run by a lovely Armenia man who welcomes all his customers warmly. I wore down the rubber parts on my heels, so I needed them replaced. The owner noticed that my shoes also needed the insoles replaced ($40 total for all the work). He let me determine how much to put down as a deposit. I was very happy with the results and recommended this place to my husband when he wanted to have his brown shoes dyed black He is honest with what can and can't be done with a shoe. Just experienced the worst customer service and treatment by Ralph or whatever the person's name is that is filling in for the owner today! He accused my Wife of bringing in shoes that they never fixed, which is not true. He continued to accuse her of bringing in different shoes to get fixed and that people lie all the time. I pulled up records that proved my Wife brought shoes to their location and paid for them since we didn't have the receipt. He still accused her of not shopping there. My wife is a very honest person and would never lie! It broke her to even be accused of lying and being grouped in a category of folks who lie and steal. He was rude AF and because we are women, he felt like he could treat us any type of way! Absolutely not on my watch. I'll be giving the owner a call tomorrow to share with him the terrible treatment we experienced with his "fill in person" who does not represent his business well at all. Has a pair of kitten heels sitting around for over a year since the bottom of the heel I repeatedly glued on kept falling off.
