Wiesia not only helped us choose but she also explained each product carefully and even showed us how to correctly apply the products. My friend and I feel beautiful! I personally love my bronzer. My friend needed foundation and her Tom Ford foundation was so perfectly matched. Yesterday I applied full make up and my daughter said wow mommy you look beautiful!!! She said, Probably the best make up you have ever done. That felt good. Friends go see the woman that knows her make up. That's Wiesia.

The .com department will not even discuss returns after the 30 day return policy, they send you to the store who says that online is your only recourse, what a dismal customer service experience. Since when did Saks become such a horrible place to do business with. I have shopped there my whole life and never had an issue, but to not honor a return 30 days after the initial return policy is ludicrous! There are other high end stores, hello Neiman Marcus, that will get our business from now on. Do I need to mention that the reason my daughter was late in returning them was that she was 9 months pregnant and just didn't get a chance to do it herself, I only mention it because they didn't care. I purchased two tops that were a huge disappointment they were at full price, yet the material was awful thin & scratchy and see through also one of the tops wasn't completely sewn it had a huge hole in it at the seam. I had to wait 3 weeks for the inventory to come in for them to ship it to me and I immediately cut off the tags but realized they were awful and 1 was damaged. Returned them to the Westport store the next day after receiving them in the mail. The sales lady was high and almighty saying she would do me the favor just this one time but the tags need to be on for a return. WHAT HAPPEND TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING FOR MY INCONVENIENCE ONE WAS DAMAGED AND I HAD TO WAIT FOREVER TO RECEIVE THEM JUST TO TURN AROUND AND RETURN THEM THE NEXT DAY!
