The dryer after unpackaged was damaged and both Home Depot and Temco Logistics worked on a quick replacement. I ran into a very rude manager named Megan who I gave every opportunity to fix the situation. When she continued to be rude I contacted both Home Depot and Temco Logistics. I wrote a negative review on Yelp and Google about this experience. I should have waited and given both Home Depot and Temco Logistics an opportunity to fix it. I was amazed at how fast they resolved the issue and made sure I was treated with respect and put on priority status. A new dryer was delivered within days and first thing in the morning as I requested. I was contacted by multiple supervisors making sure our voices were heard and we were happy. Executive Senior Director Steven Ghodoussi was amazing at resolving the issue fast and ensuring that not just the rude employee but the department would be contacted and appropriate actions taken. I am more than 100% satisfied with the resolution to this situation. Before writing a negative review please give Steve Ghodoussi, Executive Senior Director a chance to resolve the situation. The person they sent was an independent contractor who showed up dressed like he was headed to the beach -- shorts, T‑shirt, no ID, no professionalism. I honestly thought a lost senior citizen had wandered onto my property. This is not acceptable for a company representing itself as a trusted home‑improvement provider. I've spent over $3,000 on Lowe's products this year alone, but this experience showed me a complete lack of transparency, accountability, and respect. Sending someone who looks unvetted and unprofessional to a customer's home is an insult. I'm moving on, because this company has proven to be deceptive, disorganized, and a waste of my time.

I have been going to Ace for Decades, BECAUSE of their service and how they treat their customers,…read moreas if they want to keep them! Today I went in because I had bought a 6 pack of LED flood light bulbs for our kitchen, when only 2 were bad at that time. Now it is 6 months later, and in trying to use the other new bulbs I found that only 1 of the 4 worked, and the rest were defective from the factory! I took the box back with the receipt, when the cashiers told me that THEIR WARRANTY to exchange or return items is only 30 days, even though the warranty from the manufacturer is 5 years. Therefore if I try to exchange defective items after 31 days, they will refer me to the manufacturer. I realize that each Ace is privately owned, which is why I try to patronize them whenever possible. Unfortunately I cannot count on them given their rigid policy, so I guess I will go to Home Depot from now on, as they would have exchanged these defective bulbs after 6 months, regardless of their store policy. There is such a thing as the "spirit of the law" versus the "Letter of the law", and even the big box stores will look at the facts before chasing customers away. Too bad that the owner of this Ace stores does not give their people the latitude to make decisions that will maintain their customer relations, especially when they could have easily exchanged these bulbs with their distributor. UPDATED on 5/27/26: Since leaving this review I reached out to the manufacturer of these bulbs, and they then sent me 3 more bulbs to replace these non-working ones. I also received an e-mail from a manager of the company, when they advised me that they wanted to make this right, and that I could return to the store to exchange these bulbs. I replied that I had already had them replaced by the manufacturer, but I greatly appreciate their review and willingness to follow through in this exchange. I now understand that nothing is returnable at Ace after 30 days, just like with Amazon! I will return back to Ace in the future, but I will have to check everything within their 30 day return period in order to avoid this issue again. Any warranty claims may only be resolved directly with the manufacturer.

Ace delivers and installs all their grills for no additional charge that cost over a certain dollar amount. I think it's $399. Even though Ace features Traeger products, they sell other brands as well. We ended up buying a Recteq. The smoker arrived a day or two prior to when the website stated it would. Ruggiero's Ace had a couple guys deliver it to our house and they had it set up very quickly. The smoker has worked flawlessly ever since. And I use it a lot! We buy all our supplies from there as well. I realize that you can buy spice blends, sauces and pellets for less elsewhere, but will you get better service? And I always use the Ace app. There are some good deals to be had on there!
