But overall, this mall has definitely seen better days. While the exterior doesn't necessarily reveal the level of aging, when you get inside the mall you noticed pretty quickly but this mall is likely on it's downturn. There are several closed, or seemingly closed stores, and most of the traffic seems relegated to a couple of the larger department stores like H&M and Belk. A lot of empty kiosks in the middle of the walkway with the rest of them being occupied by local vendors that didn't seem to be getting much business at all. And if teenagers are still headed to malls on Saturday's to hang out, this is clearly not the mall that most of the local teenagers here hang out in as the traffic was surprisingly light for a Saturday - I just realized that may appeal to certain readers of this review. Lol. Anyway, unless you are visiting a specific store in this mall as a destination, I would probably suggest finding one of Jacksonvilles bigger malls for a true mall experience.

I am really happy to see it as the last couple of years, wasn't so busy. Enjoying all the upgrades to the stores.The new looks and parking was pretty easy even though it was it was packed. Really enjoy this mega shopping area. Its good for Duval. They have a great collection of stores and eateries for everyones likes and needs.

The shopping area is very clean and well kept with beautiful landscaping and numerous trash receptacles to encourage shoppers to keep it looking pristine. Came here last night on a golf cart to take a tour of the Town Center and ate pizza as a late meal at Treylor Park. Returned today for another meal at M Shack for smash burgers and garlic knots at Bronx House Pizza and craft beers at Really Good Beer Stop. Dessert was at Ben & Jerrys Ice Cream. The Publix is the anchor business and the retail shops close early.

This shopping center has a little of everything and plenty of possibilities to open more stores! Plenty of parking, and some of the strips are out on the perimeter of the plaza- you can walk or you can hop in the car and drive to you next stop in the shopping center! We did both- Peterbrooke was on the perimeter- so we drove over. But all the other stores were within walking distance and it was a gorgeous evening when we went there. Enjoy shopping!

Sawgrass Village is the local shopping center for the Ponte Vedra area, but it's not exactly a…read moredestination like St. Johns Town Center. It is dotted with locally owned shops & boutiques and a few big anchors like Publix and CVS. It starting a redevelopment project in 2013 and I like the idea of where it's trying to go. I've had jewelry repairs done at Village Jeweler. I've eaten breakfast at Elizabeth's. And I've gotten a couple of manicures at Sawgrass Nails. It's got a variety of shops, but it definitely could use some fresh places. I just hope they can refill the shops and give me options to support locally in my own neighborhood rather than having to - goodness forbid - cross the ditch! Even a quick service chain like Panera would be nice for this end of the beach; I'll guess we'll have to wait and see.
