I'm a huge key lime pie fan and I'm always looking for a great one. The lime filling is just the right amount of tangy and creamy and the texture is smooth and perfect. I'm not sure if the full size pie or slices are any different, but the mini pies had a little too much crust to filling ratio, which was accentuated for me by the presence of coconut in the crust -- they really could do without that.
