You'll see a decent amount of new faces through the year - they're generally quiet yet friendly, and professional - like the clerical staff. Although the billing office seem to be off their game because I've dealt with them before, for some other billing issues. I'm a disabled veteran that the VA pays for my care and also have Tricare, a military secondary insurance that covers any co-pay not covered by my civilian primary insurance. The Urgent care facility has copies of all required documentation, so why am I being bothered with these issues and it's happened more than once. It's a nuisance and annoying and I wish that they gave me better service from billing: the actual care given by the facility isn't included in this review.
