I am concerned that my doctor cannot see patterns of trend or change in my overall health and thinks this is ethical and acceptable behavior. I expressed my concerns and the girl that I spoke with in "medical records" was extremely nasty and rude and honestly should be fired immediately. How dare you speak to a customer with that tone and attitude and how dare you as the owner of the center and your own practice that you don't have the decency to call me and apologize for your rude employees. She spends time to get to know you and when you leave there is a feeling of "someone cares" that is with you. Her office is usually full which I recommend to be a patient person because everyone gets the same great exam as you will. Currently she is not accepting new patients which I suspect is because she does not wish to cut her time away from the patients she already has. Her Staff is cordial and always knows who I am and very efficient. For new patients there is a NP that I have not met but if she works with Dr. Sahay you know she is a caring person with great skill.

She referred me to a surgeon who performed a procedure that had a positive life-altering impact on me. Be prepared to wait because she spends time with her patients...which is a good thing and rare these days. You don't get treated like cattle there. It is a low-budget operation though. Frequently the computers are running slow, but the exam rooms are kept neat and clean. I only have two complaints: 1. It's too hot in the waiting room 2. Some of the other patients arrive with very bad body odor and/or reeking of smoke Don't come here looking for pain pill prescriptions. They won't put up with your shit! They no longer take NEW NJ Family Care patients.

Her office was at one time much much closer to home, but even with her offices move, it's still easy to get too. Appointment making is easy and I can see all the updates on my patient portal which is really, especially when I need refills on medications. Office staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly and they don't over book, at least for me, my wait time has never been more than 10-15min. Honestly, I understand no one wants to wait and time is important, but sometimes appointments take a little longer, and I am never rushed, when it is my turn.

I recently had to call, and went into an anxious mode while the line was ringing. The person who answered was VERY pleasant, and accommodating,,, my nerves were relieved. I then learned a few seconds later that I was actually speaking to someone in the Neptune office because the phone calls were being redirected to there (now it made sense).
