I've always been struggling with my weight, so this program was a great way to take a different approach and so far it's been incredibly effective! My mom- lost 30 lbs in ~5-6 months and is keeping it off for 3 months. My sister - lost 30+ lbs and still losing in ~8 months Myself - lost 20 lbs in ~8 months (on and off) The list goes on and on, but overall it's a great success. The diet practiced is essentially a ketogenic diet (which makes the body burn fat for energy instead of carbs), with less focus on fat and more on protein intake. It's challenging, considering that you can't eat any carbs (bread, FRUIT, ALCOHOL!!, etc) outside the provided snacks, you get used to it within a week. After having my second baby in December 2016 and being diagnosed with thyroid disease, I was at my heaviest weight when I found Christine. I was at a low point and had given up on losing weight.
