How is that my wife and I had the exact opposite experience as all these people have had? Well, when the owners of said business decide to sell it two weeks after you enroll your prescriptions. So basically, you can pretty much disregard all of the reviews up until November 2025, as they were posted under Town Pharmacy's previous family-owned front. I don't know who these new guys are, but this place is as hot of a mess as it gets. Nobody currently working here seems to have any idea what they're doing. They consistently get confused. I've called three times asking to have the same two prescriptions refilled and delivered to my home. Each time, nothing was done. In one instance, someone answered and asked me to "Call my doctor to get the ball rolling" while he worked on getting my order. Uhh...isn't that what I just called YOU to do? The venerable icing on the cake was one morning when my wife called to order her insulin. She was told it would be delivered same-day. Gets a callback a little time later: "Sorry, it's too dark out. Someone will come tomorrow." It was 4pm. My wife and I were left speechless. Until, and IF, this place gets its act together, I'd avoid this pharmacy. I showed him the few things that needed to be fixed (re-strung, couple of screws loose on the tuners, and the bottom needed to be glued down). In the midst of our speaking, I told him that my boyfriend was planning on buying me an electric acoustic guitar and he was trying to talk me into buying one of his which was very expensive but most importantly not my style. He was telling me that fixing my guitar was pointless because it was so old. I told him I just wanted to fix this at this time because it's my baby and that's all I have right now. I showed up 2 days later and could tell right off that all he did was change the strings. He is an expert and could have easily done the work I requested but instead decided to rule my guitar out as unplayable and therefore unworthy of the work. He charged me $50 dollars and didn't even fix one screw. I went home, screwed the tuners in myself and eventually glued and viced the bottom until it sealed and my guitar works fine. This guy is egotistical and would rather you buy things from him then help you fix what you have. I have plenty of money, I would have come back and purchased something from him through a catalog if he had treated me appropriately.

So I saw this place advertised on TV which I was totally surprised. However someone verbally told me about this place as well. One reason I inquired about a establish ment as such because of experiencing neurological issues after chemo sessions. Meds from the doctor has been having to many side effects. Let's not talking about the Anxiety and Stress I have been experiencing lately. So I decided to take a natural approach. Location is right on 110 Broadhollow Road. and Sherwood Ave. in Farmingdale. Great parking . As you walk through the door your license is scanned by security. After security scan your license you enter into the store and what a selection they have. Huge... My preference were the gummies. What hit first was the smell. Lol. Hubby was in heaven. The smell of cannabis was definitely a factor. The decor blended very well . But what was really surprising to me was the volume of people from all walks of life. No kidding ... Every 30 seconds there were multiple people walking through those doors. I have never ever seen so much volume in any store , restaurant, etc like I witnessed today in this store. Our representative name was Trevor. Amazing guy. He walked us through a lot . He was very informative and friendly. The variety of flavors and items were a bit overwhelming but Trevor was there to explain everything. Pricing was reasonable. The entire visit was about 45 minutes but was well worth it. Overall satisfaction was a 10 out of 10. Hubby has confirmed he will definitely be visiting again . Hilarious . Happy yelping....
