Called the insurance company and they said that the office didn't submit the correct coding, called the practice manager back and she said that is 'how they do it'. The practice also has a cool digital retinal mapping instead of dilation, but...the price increases every 2 years - same machine, so unclear of why the price is going up. In the end, the front end of this business has inept staff (their original office manager retired and she was great and I had no issues at all with my insurance being coded correctly). The new staff are arrogant, needless to say, I will be not continuing with care here.

He is super friendly and doesn't rush through the process, he takes his time and makes sure you understand what each test is for and what the outcome is.
