I was referred by a local koi expert (Rick Blazo) to the owner of Pond Magic, Esau as the best designer. He built a beautiful Oasis for my koi. It is truly a stunning landscape architecture master piece. Beautiful lighting, plants, stonework. The neighbors are convinced we have a natural spring in our front years! It's also predator proof. His employees were respectful, kind, quiet (no loud music) and we were able to have guests in our air bnb without interruption! This was even with a back hoe, 10 foot hole, large rock delivery etc. AMAZING COMPANY! We hired Pond Magic to do clean our waterfall/pond area and the day after we received notice from water company that we had a leak. We reached out and our calls and texts haver been ignored after him saying he would come to repair it. It has been 5 months since we had the work done and still our attempts to contact Pond Magic go unanswered. I just filed a complaint with BBB and want to spread the word to prevent other people from having same experience . We spent $1600 to have our pond cleaned only to have it broken and unable to use. The only Magic from this company was in the fact that they made our $$ and pond disappear.
