Front desk mentioned a deposit was needed and I was happy to pay that, but then she said that I might as well pay the full amount while I'm there. So I paid the full amount for the service. Something came up the next day and it wouldn't have been worth injecting a zit days later. So I called to cancel and am then told they couldn't refund me. I can still come in and get the service done any time, but since it was for a one time acne lesion, I won't really be needing it. Plus I work at a nearby med spa and was only in the area. It would have been nice if someone told me upfront that if I cancelled, my money would be kept. Especially because I understand that being the case for the deposit, but I was encouraged to pay the full amount and all of it was kept. Of course I couldn't dispute the charge because it's in their fine print... A little upfront honesty and clarity would have gone a long way though.

Today I was already in the salon and waiting for my last treatment, when the owner called the salon to say she was still at home and didn't know when she would be able to leave. This came more than 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. This was the third last-minute cancellation I've experienced. On a previous occasion, my appointment was canceled without any call or notice at all. This is especially frustrating because hair removal appointments require shaving in advance, which makes sudden cancellations inconvenient and uncomfortable for clients. I was always early and always seen late. Unfortunately, after 10 treatments, I've also seen little to no results. Between the repeated scheduling issues and the lack of effectiveness, I can't recommend this business. I hope this helps others make an informed decision before booking. It feels like a complete lack of respect for me. Maybe others have had the same experience? Due to my experience today, I will not be going back for my final treatment.

The first time I picked it up, I was given only part of the dosage and had to return so they could correct it . Since then, I've had to call every single week just to check if my medication is ready--only to be placed on hold, ignored, and never called back. I've even waited at the reception area for over an hour with no staff in sight. I'm beyond frustrated. What should be basic care has become a stressful and expensive mess. This has been the worst experience I've ever had at a medical office.

A lesion in my spinal cord was causing severe neuropathy in my arms, hands, legs and feet. At one point, I was struggling to walk, could not operate a motor vehicle, and was essentially unable to feel in my hand or my legs. With the help of intensive HBOT (10 treatments over 2 weeks) my symptoms significantly improved and I can now resume most normal activities. HBOT has helped me get better without ANY side effects. I had laser treatment performed on my entire face, including around my eyes. After the procedure, I developed severe post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation under both eyes. I was verbally told there was only a possibility of small hyperpigmentation spots, not extensive dark discoloration covering the entire under-eye area. I will admit that I did not thoroughly read all of the paperwork I signed. However, if I had fully understood that this could be a possible outcome, I never would have agreed to the procedure. I now look worse than I did before the treatment, which has been incredibly distressing and the emotional impact of this experience has been far greater than I was prepared for. I returned for follow-up appointments and was repeatedly assured that results can take up to 90 days. Unfortunately, at the 90-day mark, there was still no meaningful improvement. I contacted the spa again via text message, which had been our primary form of communication, and sent photos showing the condition of my eyes after 90 days. I never received a response. I strongly encourage anyone considering this treatment to fully research the potential risks and make sure they clearly understand all possible side effects before proceeding.
