The procedure was handled by a nurse who openly stated she had only been there a few months and had no prior experience with EBOO treatments. She began the procedure unsupervised. During the session, the tubing clogged twice, interrupting the process, that was something that didn't happen in the first session. After that session, my health quickly declined. Within three days, I ended up in the ER with pneumonia and symptoms close to a heart attack. According to the doctor, this was likely due to excessive ozone exposure, which can cause oxidative stress and damage to cells, as well as complications affecting the heart and lungs. Months later, I am still dealing with the consequences and now require inhalers. Before this, I was a very healthy and active person, I regularly biked and hiked. I went in simply looking for a treatment that was advertised as a way to "clean and oxygenate" my blood. Instead, I walked away with permanent health issues. Communication and accountability were also unacceptable. I tried contacting the person who sold me the package (Ben) while I was in the hospital and received no response. The only time I heard back was after I threatened to dispute the credit card charge, and even then, there was no concern expressed, no follow-up, and no attempt to offer solutions despite me being hospitalized for several days. There was no doctor on-site supervising the procedure or ensuring patient safety. That alone should raise serious concerns for anyone considering this treatment. I was always early and always seen late. Unfortunately, after 10 treatments, I've also seen little to no results.
