The special barbecue sandwich and tacos looked great but lacked seasoning, almost as if the meat wasn't seasoned and the condiments were meant to carry the flavor. Sides were okay. One suggestion: the dish drop‑off area has a garbage can with a lid you have to lift, which isn't very sanitary. The place has potential, and with improvements to seasoning, timing, and a few small details, the experience could be much stronger.
