Some of the cookies were too sweet for my taste. The tres leche was hardly like a leche cake. I really enjoyed the s'mores cookie. I wasn't so much of a fan of the sweetness of the Dubai cookie, but I loved the texture. I prefer salty sweet combinations. I would say I'd be interested in having the ruffles chips on more options. Maybe even offer it as a side if the recipe can't be altered. The establishment was clean and the ambiance was lovely. Service was attentive and courteous. Horrible. waited 45 minutes for 1 cookie and 2 dubai chocolate cups only went out with one cookie. there were only three people working and they were very, very slow. and then one was in the back and they randomly went to the cash register got $100 and said they were going to Walmart and then came back 20 minutes later. nobody at the cash register and there were 15 people waiting in line. and it was 1000° in there I swear. they need to have more workers and they were two cookies on the floor very unsanitary TRIPPING HAZARD. im HIGHLY disappointed read more

I received a coupon in the mail for make any purchase get a free cookie so I gave Crumbl a try! First impressions - super friendly staff! The lady working the front explained to me each Monday they announce new flavors of the week and those are the only flavors available for that week. Cookies come in regular size (which is large) and mini size (which would be a normal average cookie). I tried a 4 pack combo plus my single free chocolate chip cookie. I came down here after receiving a printed coupon on the back of my receipt from Carrs after doing some grocery shopping. The coupon states that you get a free Chocolate Chip Cookie with any cookie purchase. It sounded like a great deal so I drove to the Dimond location down the road. It is located in a separate strip mall in front of the Walmart at the old Play-It-Again sports location off of Old Seward across from the Dimond Center. When I came in, there was a line of several people waiting by the register. The first bad sign was the mother and son that were last in line abruptly left looking frustrated. I wasn't sure if it was because the wait was too long or if she received an urgent phone call. I went in hoping the wait wasn't the case. The employees were busy making cookies and there were only two people in the kitchen running back and forth. It looked like they were short-handed and they were doing everything they could to keep on top of the orders. No one greeted me when I walked in but seeing how shorthanded they were, it wouldn't be fair to criticize them for an oversight. Fortunately, there was a DIY kiosk where you can place your order and pay right away and wait until your name is called out. I took advantage of this and completed my transaction. I could not use the freebie coupon at the kiosk. I had to present it when I approach the pickup counter. The wait wasn't very long. Most of the customers received their order in minutes but the employees were running back and forth frantically when there should have been more behind the counter operating the register. They were visibly tired and I felt bad for them. Regarding the menu, their prices aren't cheap. It is $6.00 for a single cookie and the next size up is a 4-cookie box order that comes at $19.50. Thankfully, I had that coupon with me. I chose the Reese's cookie to go with the free Chocolate Chip. I stood off to the side for a few minutes until I realized that my order was already sitting on the counter and no one called out my name. I asked if that was my order and the girl at the counter wasn't sure and had to go back to check. She confirmed it and I gave her the coupon that I received at Carrs. She didn't look happy and had to ask a coworker how to redeem the coupon. Her coworker showed her and then ran back to get a cookie out of one of the ovens. When I got back inside my vehicle, the cookies were hot. I took a small bite out of the Reese's cookie and it was very buttery. It didn't have the right balance between the butter and sugar making the texture very delicate and crumbled apart easily. I know that is the namesake of this business but it was like it came out of the mixing bowl and thrown into the oven to heat up before being served. The Chocolate Chip cookie had a better texture but the chocolate chips were very bitter and had little trace of sweetness. No balance on the ingredients there. With a drink, the purchase came up to $7.99, $13 if I didn't have the coupon. That is the price of a large value meal at McDonald's and even that is expensive for McDonald's. I normally don't like putting out negative reviews especially after seeing positive ones from fellow Yelpers. Unfortunately like all franchise eateries, employees come and go. Everyone gets different experiences at any given time. I will give these guys another chance in the future but this wouldn't be my first choice for cookies given the price and the ones that I ordered. read more
