My husband spoke with Scott and he said they would take care of it and make it right, photos were provided for Scott to see. Now, he states that Bill (owner) said it "happens" and they are not doing anything about it and Scott was just as a matter of fact when I recently spoke with him. We also need a part from Avalon warehouse and because Bill calls them bitching them out on a regular bases they are not moving any faster. Beware when buying from them. I went to some of the marine dealers, and no one could work on it for over a month, I found out about Alexanders Marine Service, I talked to Brian, they got my outboard parts and repaired the pump in four days. They did an excellent job and replaced the water pump, thermostat and some seal's while working on it. I highly recommend them, I will be using them in the future as they do great work!!
