We enjoyed the burgers and the fries, and I really liked the fact that you could customize the burger with different toppings. However, the only thing we didn't like were the buns. They were kind of dry and fell apart. Other than that, it was great. We actually went inside Southpaw's pizza And were able to order off the Shortstops menu. We found that to be very convenient and could sit in Southpaw's and watch the games on TV. I do recommend them. read more

If your childhood dreams have once been shattered by DQs sad attempt at a flavorless cotton candy concoction, look no further. So again this is just my experiences that I've been through. First visit my hamburger was way undercooked. Very pink in the middle. I found this out after I got home. Second visit I did mention that my hamburger was way undercooked and if they could keep it on the grill a little longer. when I got home again it was undercooked. I picked it up and the hamburger just fell apart. The fry's are good and their milkshakes were good. But for over $12 per person is a lot for a hamburger, fries and a. Coke compared to hasty freeze or other. I may try it one more time but I'm already down over $24 bucks for not eating two hamburgers. The service was good but the wait was pretty long Approximately 10 to 12 mins. Now I know it's hand made but I couldn't tell you if they are premade for when they get busy. Now their location is not the greatest. It's a tight fit and if they have a car ordering and one being will be sticking out and the 3 car will take up 1/2 the exit/entry. A two star one for first and one for the second but it will change depending on next visit? read more

Nothing outstanding. Burger and fries are "just okay." For price, I think there's better burger joints in Albany. Service was timely and friendly. Drive thru is compact. I probably wouldn't return, based on my favorite part of the burger was actually the tomato. read more

The food here has gotten better over time. The ice cream treats here are top notch. It still wouldn't be my go to for a burger and fries but it's at least decent. It would be awesome if I didn't get pressured into leaving a tip every time I go just for the person doing their job. read more

Hi-just a FYI-we had a cheeseburger & fries today. The fries are fabulous & the burgers were ok. The problem is I got about 1/2 way through & took my sunglasses off to discover both our burgers were totally pink on the inside. Not a little pink. A lot. They didn't ask how we wanted them. I just assumed they'd be done in the middle. Do we have to tell them "done" or "well done"? I seriously don't want food poisoning from under cooked meat. We also didn't get ketchup or napkins. I was hesitant to try somthing new. Lately it's just a big let down. Pay too much for bland food. I've had covid 4 time. It's hard to smell or taste anything for the last couple years. My wife pulled out my double cheese burger, and I said doesn't look worth 9 bucks to me. The taste of this thing was at the least a $12 burger, if you were to price the taste. For the size and taste $9 is a great price for the tastiest burger I've had for years, tots were great as well. The girls at the intercom Taki g the order great as well. Tried this place through a recommendation from a friend. Doubt we will be back. Ordered chicken strips and a cheese burger and chicken sliders. The burger was something that could have easily come from a fast food chain, salty and tasted like American cheese with a typical grocery store bun. The chicken strips were packed so tightly on the tots that all the tots were smashed and mushy by the time it came to eat it, not to mention that we didn't even get any sauce, nor were we even asked if we wanted any. The sliders tasted like they had tarter sauce on them with the pickle and gob of miracle whip. I honestly forgot what I ordered by the time I got to the window and the employees were not very friendly and seemed easly confused. read more

We tried again, sadly service continues to worsen. Order food with a 45 minute delivery estimate and 2:45 later food is still not on the way. These guys get order wrong nearly every time and late late. Shame on me 4 times now lol. read more

Best burgers and fries in North Albany, but if all of Albany is included, it is replacement level. It was better when they seasoned their fries. Friendly staff, good variety, and relatively fast considering the COVID hoops that need to be jumped through. Worth a try. read more

I can't comment on the food because we never got to try it. We were in line for 10 minutes waiting at the board to order and never got acknowledged that we were there, even after trying to speak into the speaker. Then a girl walked out to take orders and went to the car behind us. As soon as the car in front of us finally got their order we drove off. We will never give this place a try again. read more

So glad we tried this place!! The best part was it wasn't that greasy! The fries and burgers were tasty, we went light on the sauce and asked for grilled onions. The tots were tasty - and the most greasy of the meal. But still tasty. Everything was a touch salty - but that's what makes it tasty too! we will certainly be back!
