During our trip to Eugene we ran into a food pod along the way. We decided on Obama Kitchen. They have a good variety of Hawaiian dishes. The food pod had a variety of food options clean bathrooms, a gas station and easy access to I-5. We ordered the Kama aina plate 2 meat, Mac and double rice. The staff was very friendly and subbed the rice for addition Mac. I tried the Shoyu ribs and chicken Katsu. Lots of great flavor from the proteins, nice char on the ribs. I really enjoyed the sauce for the Katsu, I added a side of Kimchi. We also ordered the Small Kine with Shoyu Chicken with rice and Mac. The serving portions are decent size. If your in the Albany area this is a great spot as you are traveling through, I would highly recommend them!

Excellent customer service. Ordered 1 Small Kine plate with shoyu chicken 8/10 and the loco moco 9/10. Also ordered an extra side of mac salad which was added into the plate rather than the side but was a significant amount. I wasn't quite sure if it was the extra side or not so I asked and they clarified it was. I was totally fine with the portion but just wanted to double check. Regardless, the chef gave me and my girlfriend a totally unexpected side of mac salad which is huge. Definitely a returning customer!

Good for and fast service. Have eaten here several times. Lumping is fantastic and the charred pineapple

Ohana Kitchen does a good job brining Local Hawaiian Food to Albany. When I'm missing Hawaii, their chicken and ribs plate always does the trick! Don't forget to add some shoyu to your rice by the pick up side before you leave:) The staff have always been kind and respectful to us. I appreciate their friendly smiles and hard work! We've tried many of their special items and though I'm one to stick to my regular plate I have enjoyed the Manapua and spam musubi. The Manapua reminds me more of a kekepuaa bun but still super solid.

    Yum!

Delicious! The portions are large, so you leave feeling full and satisfied. Come to the barn early so there isn't a long line. Try everything!

If you have never had a Korean Corn Dog (KCD), this is the place to change that. The last few years…read morehave seen an influx of food trucks doing Korean Friend Chicken. Few of those trucks do the dogs but at Clucking Dog you get the best of both these worlds. At first blush, the KCD is a corn dog who has been working out. Bigger than the traditional American State Fair fried food favorite, KCDs are distinct with the core potentially being cheese versus a beef dog. The differences do not stop there. Batters are commonly potato and, a first for me, Ramen!!!. Then there's the outside. My favorite is the brightly hued, orange dusted exterior, perfect for an Oregon State Beaver-lover to wave. This cheeto-dust helps add another snack favorite to the mix. We went with the all cheese, Ramen, and cheetos dusted treat. Our KCD was perfectly done. The crunch of the outside gives way to the warm ooze of the cheese. The temperature was just right allowing the elasticity of the cheese to stretch and give, expanding to a near two foot long tightrope from mouth to bitten dog. This was a tasty dog and was better than the KCDs I have had in Los Angeles. Do not forgot to add KFC to the mix. The chicken (I had the 5 piece) was a perfect balance to the dog. Once more, it was some of the best KFC I have eaten. Crunch or the outside, tender meat on the inside coming easily of the bone, the juices trapped in the crust waiting to be released on your bite. As a savory lover, the garlic breath was the right sauce, soy, sweet, garlic, brushed on to not drown but highlight the crunch and flavor of chicken.

The staff saw me and remained in the back of the truck as I stood there for 3 minutes. I ended up not spending any money at the barn and went to subway across the street instead. The food is excellent here, I just wish I could have gotten some.
