No pressure. When the car was delivered, it surpassed my expectations. And when Toyota balked at financing, Corey went to bat for me. I recommend Corey to anyone in the market. Having dealt with Jim Ellis Audi, Ed Voyles Hyundai and that dreadful place across from Rome High, I was pretty jaded and expecting trouble. Not so with Corey at Riverside. Mark carefully explained each page as necessary without my feeling stupid. At 75, this is probably my last new car and I am long past caring what others think. My money, my way. BUT it is refreshing to be treated with kindness and respect. Mark did not have to take the amount of time he did. He knows his business. So yes, I am happy to give Riverside Toyota my highest recommendation. BTW, I gave Riverside Toyota a chance based on the recommendation of friends.

The parts rep handed me the part and took the invoice to the cashier. I didn't check the price until after the transaction was complete--$30 charged. I looked up the same part at my previous dealer: $21. Verified by phone. Same OEM part, same brand, same dealer channel. That's a 30% additional markup above another dealer's pricing. It's not about the $9--it's about principle. If a dealership is willing to overcharge on a basic part, they've signaled they can't be trusted with a major transaction. That $9 cost them two vehicle sales and all future service business. I only use dealer service, and I was ready to commit locally. But this was short-sighted and unnecessary. I have photos of both receipts and confirmed the price difference directly by phone. This wasn't a misunderstanding. It was a bad decision. My husband took his truck to get an oil change and tire rotation. To make a long story short, they did not properly tighten the lug bolts. This is not some minor issue, this could have caused a serious wreck and damage to his truck or even gotten folks killed. He called them to let them know and they were "so sorry", "we have procedures that are supposed to prevent this type of thing" and "we'll do your next service free". No there will be no next service for his truck or other 3 Nissan's. There was also another minor issue in which a special socket wrench that was used for my son's truck was not returned. My son bought the socket wrench and always brought it for any service because most dealerships do not have this particular wrench. The last time it was not returned and when my son called back, less than 45 minutes after he left, they claimed they didn't have it. My son checked his truck and it was not his truck, he only took it out of his truck at the dealership to make it easier for them. IF you choose to use this dealership, please check your lug bolts before you leave and make sure you have all your items before leaving.

I returned to the dealership the same day and explained that this was the first time I had seen this warning, which only appeared after the fuel pump was replaced. I asked them to clear the code, thinking that would resolve the issue. The service technician informed me that the fuel pump might have been installed incorrectly and said they would fix it. I left my Honda Pilot with them, assured that the problem would be resolved. Later, they called to inform me that my purge valve needed to be replaced for $300--and that this issue was completely unrelated to the fuel pump replacement. I explained that the purge valve and fuel pump are indeed connected in the Honda Pilot. I have spoken with other mechanics who wholeheartedly agree that these components are connected. My mechanic cleared the error code, but when it returned, the code indicated an issue with the evaporative control system purge flow. The evaporative control system (EVAP) prevents gasoline vapors from escaping the fuel tank into the atmosphere. The P04F1 code for Honda vehicles indicates that low purge flow has been detected in the evaporative emission system. This system is responsible for controlling and capturing fuel vapors to reduce emissions. The purge valve may wear unevenly and intermittently stick, resulting in a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) related to the evaporative emission system purge flow malfunction. There were no error codes on my car when I gave it to them, and I believe there should be no codes when I get it back. Why do I now have the codes PO4F1 and PO441? However, they are refusing to pay for their mistake. What should I do?

Their prices do not match the ones they posted online. Their financial department is only there to sell you their warranty not to mention who your actually financed through or GAP insurance. I purchased a CPO 2024 Hyundai Palisade 2 weeks ago and the check engine light has come on 3 times already. They replaced the fuel injectors the first time and did absolutely nothing the second time (paperwork advised cleared code and drove for 80 miles check engine light did not come back on so car is fine) I have explained that the car is stalling. The car will be going 65mph one minute then when going up hills with the petal to the metal rpms remaining at 2rpms but car slows down to 25mph and struggles to gain speed. When coming to a red light the auto stop will engage and when releasing the brakes the car will give you whip blash however they advise the car is fine. Ive owned the car for 2 weeks and 4 days and the check engine light is back on for the third time. The last time my car was in their shop I got it back with an unknown greasy chemical sprayed all over the driver side back glass and fuel lid that will not come off. Shittonkirk doesnt seem to care that the car they sold and warrantied is placing my family in danger.

Their mechanic was "looking at my truck" for hours and I called to see what was going on and they said they are still running tests on it, so I pulled up to check as I was on the phone with them telling me this and it was parked in the lot not being looked at with the mechanic sitting around chatting with his buddies.
