Let me start by saying I've bought a couple new cars before and left feeling like they stuck it me but this was different. My wife and I were in desperate need of a second running vehicle. Our son was and is still in the hospital after a ruptured appendix. We had been living with just my 2015 Malibu for months and with us working at the same place it wasn't an issue until now. We got a letter in the mail stating they could get us out of our 2007 Pacifica and into something else. We were sceptical and my wife didn't even want to go because our credit isn't the best. For the first couple hours it sounded good, they got her hopes up but I still didn't think it would happen. It was to the point I accepted it wasn't doable and was ready to go. Shawn came to my wife with an offer to top all offers... After rebates and dealer incentives they too $4750 off the sale price which came out to about 20%. They also through in another $3000 incentive so they bank would abrove the deal. Like I said earlier my credit wasn't the best so the interest rate was higher than I wanted but less than I expected. All in all after everything was said and I done I felt like Shawn and the team over there jumped through hoops to get me a great deal and I left not feeling like I got the crap and of the stick. I went to purchase a car. The ad on radio states bring 350 a week home we finance you no problem. Oh but that was not the case they wanted co-signer. I got one. Went to do paperwork and they made my co-signer first person on loan and had added her name to title. Said they are required by law to add her name on title. A co-signer ONLY helps assure loan is paid if you do not. This was the sales manager!!! Here is what I find online to back up my statemant:" A co-signer is jointly and severally liable on the note, but doesn't have any security interest in the vehicle. In other words he has no rights to the vehicle, other than to pay off the note if you fail to do so. A cosigner can ask that his name be added to the title, which means he has equal ownership. When the note is paid he can then have his name removed "They can ask for the name to be addes it does not have to be added. They done what they wanted to do to sell a car. They thought I would just sign and go and not notice. They were wrong and they had no permission to do anything other than use her as a co-signer. While the saleman done all he could to help me get in car. The sales manager has no clue what he doing. They need the old owner back so BUYER BEWARE!!! read more

He told me to look around and then he brought me the keys to one RAM that was just what I wanted. Financing was easy, got my payments where I wanted them and once I drove it and knew that it was what I wanted. I was out the door with my new truck in about an hour and a half.
