But they were accommodating and gracious when we came to get the personal items out of the cars. Two were repaired. In short order, with extra accommodation to the non-body work that had to be done, by collaborating with the engine people. And it all got done in one fell swoop without too much of my intervention. They communicate well on what's going on, how the insurance claim is going and when the car will be delivered. When I walked in and they knew my name, I knew I was a frequent flyer!! I turned to Cory and referred to his earlier comment about no paint involved. He then suggested we just forget the repair. My wife continued to talk to Brendon, and apparently reached some agreement. More than the repair (photos attached", I can't help wondering how the manager of a public facility can be openly rude? Most are friendly, some are polite, this was totally unexpected.
