Their minimum service time is 2 hours, which totally makes sense because they are just that efficient! If they charged by the hour, they'd be in a tough spot. They arrived, moved our appliances, swept up the area, and took boxes and the table to the basement--all in under an hour! They even asked if I needed anything else done. I highly recommend them. They have a two hour minimum and they were definitely finished before the two hours were up, so they asked if there was anything else I needed moved. The refused to wrap any of our breakable furniture even going so far as to ask us if we've got any blankets that they can use to wrap things. Multiple pieces of our furniture are damaged and will cost way more then what I paid them to fix and of course they refuse to take responsibility. They lied to us on the phone, they didn't take neary half of what I was even paying them for, they took 1 single load to my new home and basically left the rest for my family and I to figure out, a week later we are still doing the job that they were paid for. Definitely a side gig for these guys and they don't seem to care about anything but rushing to get the job done. When confronted about the broken furniture all they did was say "it's not our fault". Definitely made my moving experience way more stressful then it needed to be and moving is already a stressful task.
